President Obama invites GOP leaders to health care reform talks

Fox News reports: "In the first major step to revive his health care agenda after his party's loss of a filibuster-proof Senate majority, President Barack Obama on Sunday invited Republican and Democratic leaders to discuss possible compromises in a televised gathering later this month."
Sounds like a good idea, but too bad it isn't. Any additional power/money given to the government on the health front will be countered by the GOP. And if not, they'll "compromise" by adding their pork to the project.
